Autonation -- as always -- provided an incredibly pleasant experience!

It was a recall; Autonation South Fort Worth, with the parts in stock and ready for installment, fit us with the appointment we placed simultaneously for routine maintenance. When we arrived for the appointment the magnificent Service department immediately pulled up the information on our truck and drove it into the service bay. The lounge where we awaited our vehicle was comfortable, quiet, and provided free wi-fi. The maintenance and repair were quickly completed and everything worked perfectly well. The service folks were great -- keeping us informed as the appointment progressed, and staff coming through were both friendly and helpful.
