Quick & Efficient Service!!!

I arrived early Saturday morning for service on our Ford Expedition at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. My Service Advisor, Darla Marshall, when told I was waiting, regretfully told me they were already behind and it might be awhile. I had barely settled into my comfortable chair in the customer lounge, when Darla approached. I felt uncertainty, fearful that that something worse had been found, and/or the wait would be much longer than projected. To my pleasant surprise, Darla informed me that all was complete and I was ready to go. Such pleasant efficiency on a super busy day was much appreciated and has been the norm at AutoNation Ford Fort Worth. Kudos!!
