I have gone back to Auto Nation 3 times - twice for light reset due to oil change message kept coming on. I highly recommend Stephen Hunter, Assistant Manager. He helped me twice. The other time I was supposedly helped by a different A.M. He didn't return emails. Stephen H. returned emails immediately or within 1 hour. Very helpful when trying to make an appointment. Very friendly and an excellent rep for Auto Nation.
