Susan Lee and Johnny Wood were the best!! We bought a car, not certified but still great. Took it home, and the next day had a consistent loud noise and then a dead battery. We weren’t interested in having them buy the car back because we loved it, but the service team was SO HELPFUL! They told me to bring it up there, they checked it, fixed ALL of the problems I had, and charged me $0. Yes, that was the right thing to do, but they didn’t have to do that. They could have easily said, “No, I’m sorry, you bought it, no warranty.” But they went above and beyond. Fixed it, and fast! I was so appreciative of their help! Both such kind people also. I will always recommend this service department over and over! Thanks Johnny and Susan!!
