Bad Service all around

onI had a 745 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 720 am. I was forgotten about until 920 am (2hours later) when I enquired about the status of my vehicle. No one could even find my vehicle more less tell me the status...so 10 mins later at 930 they finally found my vehicle and hurried and got it into a bay... So about 1020 am my car was finished. 3 hours...to do an oil change at 745 am. Good thing I have no life and could wait around while I was totally looked over and discarded.
