My service assistant is very knowledgeable, and is always helpful, courteous, and goes the extra mile to make sure that all is taken care of. He is expedient, applies much attention to detail, and makes sure the work is complete. To this day, I remain eternally grateful to Mr. Craig Coltharp because he went out of his way to make sure that me and my family would make it comfortablly to Disneyland and back in the cold of December with a heater that was still being serviced. I say eternally grateful because I am convinced that no one would have treated me as exemplary as he did. Mr. Coltharp treated me like a brother and my trip with my family was awesome and without a glitch. I value Mr. Craig Coltharp highly because he has personally demonstrated to me that he is at the very top of his game.
