Bad service or should I say NO Serivice

onI took my truck in for warranty issues, a list of five items, and the truck was at their premises five days. I then called on the fifth day to inquire about what they had done. They told me it was in line to be seen. What? After five days and still nothing was done or was seen to see what was wrong? I decided to pick it up instead of leaving it for who knows how many more days. The main problem on picking it up is that they didn't care, just gave me the vehicle and I left. Something went terrible wrong because they are not usually this stupid. I even wrote a letter of complaint and they have not responded to that either. At this point, I would NOT recommend using their service department.
