Karl Klement Ford

I spoke with Earnest about a 2015 Focus-S listed on the internet for $12995. After tony assisted me with the test drive, it took a considerable length of time for Earnest to return with paperwork explaining there had been a "typo" and the true price would be $15995. Another man, presumably the finance manager took over to also explain that Ford did not have 0%-72 mos financing. I showed him the advertisement on my smart phone, which he still denied. To us, this was extremely unprofessional that he was unaware of Ford's Promotions, and this appears to be a case of bait & switch. Behind us, salesman Mike was making comments to another salesman about not notifying a customer about his finance approval till the end of the day, as he didn't want to be bothered answering a bunch of questions.
