Dealership Sales Review
If you want to buy a car from [non-permissible content removed], this is the place for you! They will lie to you while you’re there verbally telling you one thing, be very vague during negotiations, and sneak in line-items on you that make no sense (such as adding a line-item for “CERT” - no other explanation) to try and get extra money out of you that you weren’t expecting. We asked our salesperson directly about a Jeep certified vehicle and how that warranty worked, they verbally told us that it was “included” in our negotiated purchase price, then they slid it onto the 100 line items as something called a “CERT” no additional explanation to get an extra $2,000 out of you. This isn’t one of the extra dealership warranties you can “purchase,” this is something that we were told was included up front in our negotiated price; not to be an extra line-item. So even when they act like we negotiated on a lower overall purchase price, they really are just waiting to add on another line item hoping you don’t notice something vague like that so that they can get extra money out of you to recoup on that lower negotiated price. It’s sneaky because they don’t walk you through all 100 line items either during initial negotiations and hope you don’t notice an additional $2,000 on the purchase price. We called other dealerships and they said being Jeep certified means the vehicle you're buying comes WITH the warranty included in the negotiated price - it shouldn’t be an additional line item. If you don’t want to be lied to or deceived, steer clear of this dealership. We called them out on it and they promised to send us a reimbursement check… one month later the dealership refuses to take our calls and no check! [non-permissible content removed]…
