onThe Service Rep was less than responsive to my calls and questions regarding my car. I accidentally left my Garage Door Opener Remote in the loaner car, in which I called the Service Team multiple times to inquire on the retrieval of it, and they never called me back. Which caused me to have to purchase another remote for $40. Customer Service at BMW-Mini Dallas sucks!
