EXCELLENT SERVICE!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE.

onI bought a 2010 RX 350 Certified in 2013 and service could not be better. Staff are all extremely friendly and courteous, and loaner cars always available. Most of the service has been routine maintenance, but some warranty work was done. One battery was replaced at no charge. Period. Some might think their prices are high, but not out of line for a dealership using genuine Lexus parts. My car will be serviced at Sewell until I trade it in at Sewell, and that car will be serviced at Sewell.
