onthe service was slow,,, they were quick to call and try selling me more that what I wanted to get done.. it was a warranty service so I guess the try and make some money.. and maybe that's why I was put on a "back burner" but I did pay for the warranty, so its not like im asking for free stuff. they did even put a updated sticker on windshield indicating next oil change,,,, cant help and wonder if they even changed it
