onSerivce here is a joke. Service advisors come and go like the wind. One will tell you a price and if you bring it back the next week the price has changed! The only reason I was going here was to get the "Ford" warranty. Well come to find out, that is a JOKE too. Gullo did repairs on my truck and did not do it right. They refuse to warranty it. (We are talking $1000 dollars) I even called Corporate and they told me each Ford is individually owned and they could not do anything. If you go here you are wasting money and the service is HORRIBLE.

Hi Scott, I know that you are in a frustrating situation. Please feel free to reach back out to our service dispatcher Keith, whom you spoke with the other day if you have any more questions. I was advised that we also spoke to Ford corporate and they told us that we would not be the ones to warranty that part but the other dealer who replaced it. I know that is not what you want to hear and I apologize. I wish the other dealer had not waited so many months to get back to you so that we could have been more involved.
