Mercedes-Benz of Beaumont

My service adviser Adrienne St. Romain was so very very awesome. Words can not explain just how hands on she was with me. My situation was no walk in the park and it felt like I was the only person that she was dealing with at the time. My car had some major issues and my car was gone for 4 months . Now don’t think it was just sitting, no parts had to come in and the technicians took time to make sure things were in proper working order. I cried as I drove away the day I finally did pick up my car. It was tears of joy. Let me address my service advisor properly Ms. Adrienne St. Romain is an awesome advisor and an even better person. I said it before and I’ll say it again words can not describe just how grateful I was to have her in my corner. Ms. St. Romain is super awesome. She is the only one I will deal with when it comes to advising me on my vehicle. I trust her so very much. The other team member are great as well. I just had so much one one with Ms. Adrienne St. Romain. Thank you so so much Adrienne, you’re in my prayers forever!!!!!!!!!!!
