Appointment? We don’t care about apointments!

onI called ahead to see when would be good time for them to look at the windshield they had replaced that now leaks. They said any day next week is good. Went on the morning of August 30th and didn’t get my vehicle back until September 5th. They said they were busy.I asked why they told me to bring it in if they are so busy? Their answer? We tell everybody the same thing, bring it down. “We don’t check with the techs to see if they can actually look at it, that would be too hard to keep up with. Gotta appreciate their honesty.
