I would highly recommend this dealership for service work or even a simple oil change. The service advisor Charlotte at the desk is exceptional. She works with you right away, answers any questions, gives a quote and stays involved with the process until the work is completed. She has excellent customer service. I specifically went back to Baytown Hyundai to have my service work done on my car only because I knew Charlotte would take care of everything without any problems.
