My wife was looking to see is she could find a car or truck she liked. She began her search online and the next day she went up there to look at the different types of cars she had chosen. She first tried the Nissan place but she said the guy wanted all her information first before she even saw the car. She was not to happy with the guy being a little pushy. Then she went to Baytown Hyundai and met Kim Woodburn. She immediately called me and said she had been helped by a really nice lady and that the lady had showed her exactly what she had asked for and not once did she make her feel pressure. So i drove up there met with them and we closed the deal that night. I like sales people like her it made the process fun and it went really smooth.
