Usually dealing with most car dealerships is a necessary evil, if you want to get a car it has to be done but one never looks forward to it. Last week, my Mazda 3 lease was over so I went to return my car and lease another one. Right from the beginning, James Brewer, my salesman, expertly guided me through the process and I left with a beautiful 2019 Mazda 3 sedan that I absolutely love driving. Unlike other dealerships, I never felt that Roger Beasley Mazda was treating me as just a quick sale. James was interested in finding the best car for me at a price that I can afford. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me all of the new features that the 2019 Mazda 3 has added and improved since the 2016 Mazda 3 I previously leased. After an enlightening test drive, they asked what price I was wanting to pay. I told them and they came back with an offer just a few dollars higher than what I asked for and that was it. I had the car. I was expecting a long and excruciating haggling session of back and forth and back and forth. That never happened. Roger Beasley Mazda and James Brewer treated me like they wanted to earn my business and keep me as a happy customer. Everyone I worked with was excellent: James in sales, Adam in finance and Eleana in the service department. All were very friendly and helpful. I give Roger Beasley Mazda, and especially James, the highest rating.
