Good service advisor. Takes time to detail the repairs and the breakdown of costs. Wouldn’t recommend Mercedes due to high cost of ownership & excessive labor & parts costs. MB Austin is pretty crowded and congested compared to its competition like Lexus of say Lakeway or Austin locations.
