Very friendly staff but wait too long

onI was treated like a queen except the part of being there for 3.5 hours for a relatively simple service check. They were accommodating and apologetic. Would have been nice to have better “work” area. An inefficient desk near a single not fully functional outlet (adapters provided for phone didn't) in the main waiting area and nothing in service area lounge. Again. All PERSONNEL gracious, hospitable and knowledgeable.
