Our SUV was due for its annual service, but before I called to schedule an appointment, I received an email reminder from Mercedes of Austin. I used the link to schedule the service and was very pleased with the experience. Jesse took care of everything and kept us posted on the status of the maintenance, the expected cost and the estimated time of completion. Everything was handled with the professionalism and attention to detail I have come to expect from Jesse and Mercedes of Austin.
