Jackie went above and beyond to get our repairs covered by our warranty. When I tell you it was difficult.. it was difficult. She didn’t have high hopes initially that it would be covered and she truly extended herself further than she had to go to make sure we got the repairs we needed under the warranty that we’d purchased. I’m so grateful to her and our car is back in shape!!
