Maxwell Ford Supercenter
Dealership Service Review
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My Truck’s tires have different tire pressure for the front vs rear tires. The dealership that sold me this vehicle should be aware of this more than anyone, and they didn’t check/readjust the tire pressure after the rotation. The sensors don’t pick up on this until you drive a bit. I had to pull over at two different gas stations to fill the tires because hardly any compressors can fill the large truck tires to the needed pressure. Now I get that we all make mistakes, but this is now the third time this serves center has done this. It’s a real pain in the ass to have to drive to the dealership for an oil change anyway, but you do it because “they know best” vs the competition. I’m definitely pissed this time. Shame on you, wrong tire pressure is a safety issue, not just a maintenance issue.
