LOF, Ranger

onAs usual the service was outstanding. However, each time I take my Ranger for an LOF, the technician that removes/replaced the oil filter fails time after time to reinstall the plastic fasteners on the left wheel splash guards. It is necessary to remove the fasteners because that is the only access to the filter. It seems to me that someone doesn't care to address this problem with the techs. Wonder how many Rangers are out there with the splash guard loose.
