My service advisor Alex McDuffie was the best! He is probably the most professional and patient representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He really went above and beyond with a problem repair. Give him a raise or a promotion, whatever you need to do to keep him on staff. He did more to enhance my opinion of your shop than any amount of advertising could ever accomplish. Mr McDuffie made my experience an unexpected pleasure. I look forward to relating my experience to family and friends.
