Let me preface this review by saying that we are not complainers or reviewers. In fact, my reviews for Lief Johnson Ford are the first I have ever left. Our experience with Leif Johnson Ford was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. The customer service we received was subpar at best. There are much better and more knowledgeable dealerships out there so I recommend you do your homework and read the reviews: they speak for themselves. They do not care about having good customer service, only their bottom line. Better dealerships to look in to from personal buying experience since 2015.
