Hello! I have been a customer of First Texas Honda for many years and Jack Wright has been my advisor for the majority of those years. From the time I drove in until the time I left, every single member of the service department were courteous with smiles on their faces. I felt very welcomed and most importantly supported! Jack stayed in contact with me throughout the process which made me feel secure and happy to know my vehicle was well taken care of. Also, shout out to the young lady at the coffee bar, she made me a killer caramel latte! Huge "Thank You!" to all who helped me! Everyone stay well and looking forward to my next visit! Lorraine
