Covert Cadillac

I went to Covert Buick/GMC looking at Terrain's and LaCrosse's. Lucky me, those 2 happen to be the most popular new models out this year, so when I talked to a sales person - let's just call him Josh - I got his business card and he told me to email him to make an appointment for a test drive. One email and 3 voice mails later that week, he still hasn't replied. I called the dealership and was told that he was busy, someone would get back to me, and don't expect any discounts on those 2 popular models! No one has called back, and my interest in buying a Terrain or a LaCrosse is waning as the new 2011's are starting to come out. Terrain? Sheesh, I'll wait and see the revamped Ford edge. LaCrosse? Maybe it's time to look at imports again. For me, good service is a big part of the car buying and owning experience, and Covert has lost my business.
