onMade an appointment a week ahead of time and when I got there they couldn't find me on the schedule but it didn't take long to be seen. When I asked I was told it would be about a 1 hour wait time to pick up - it ended up being closer to 2.5 hours. I was in service for the 2023 Rav4 Hybrid scheduled 10k service maintenance check. I wasn't given a thorough review of what they had done besides a picture of my tire with the thread size info of all of them (through text), and the costumer paperwork (where all the details are found).
