Made an appointment two weeks in advance only to drop off my car and find out an hour later that they did not have all the parts. Then after I had to reschedule, I called the day before to just make sure I actually had an appointment and all the parts are there. it took three different phone calls just confirm an appointment that I made with the manager. I love this location have been going there for years but the customer service continues to go down hill makes no sense you can’t even get a hello when walking in the door!! But I will say Jose the last gentleman who helped me was amazing!! He was friendly, on time and clear communication! They definitely need more people like Jose. Rick you as a manager please provide better education to your staff and work on the commutation skills through all departments.
