Transmission replacement customer 2016 suburban

Jaden was excellent! This young man needs to be recognized for his customer care and service. My transmission went out on my 2016 suburban. I was stranded at the Austin Heart Hospital with my Mom and Dad in the hospital. Jaden guided me through what to do about a tow. What the Estimated cost would be for a GM rebuilt transmission. Explained the 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty and got my vehicle back to me sooner than expected. Thank you!
