Long wait time, service rep's used material not removed from car

Have had better service in the past. This time had a 3.5 hour wait for a service promised for 2 hours. When I finally received my car, it still had the used napkins, dirty paper rug, and some plastic seat cover that I imagine was used by the service labor reps.
