I had an appointment and was told 2 hours for the work that needed to be completed. My car was done around the 2.5 hours. 30 minutes later, they still didn't come to get me, so I went to the rep that assisted me to begin with. He was eating and told me he was still working on my paperwork. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for him to finish eating, I assume before I was able to leave.
