Dealership Service Review
My power steering went out so I reluctantly called this dealership for help due to their proximity to my work. My last experience (Maund with my Scion) had been absolutely dreadful so I was none too thrilled to be taking my car in for service anywhere. Gratefully, the folks at Champion were a breath of fresh air and have set the bar for service excellence in my book. I called early and left a voice mail doubtful that Id ever get a return call. My call was returned by Patrick ten minutes later. As visions of dollar signs for unscheduled maintenance danced through my head, Patrick explained that the problem with my trusty Cobalt was a recall issue. Hallelujah! He called back a few hours later indicating that in addition to the power steering, there was also a fuel pump recall which they took care of as well. This is the level of service that everyone should expect but is becoming increasingly difficult to find. From drop-off to pick-up to everything in between, my experience with the Champion service department was extremely courteous and professional. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
