After initial interest in internet offer, called to ask questions on disclaimers. The staff was highly interested in answering all my questions and expressed concern in my satisfaction of information. As a customer, I seek comfort in full transparency/full disclosure. If I know I have all the information up front, when you see me, it will be to conduct business! :)
