Austin Subaru

Austin Subaru provides excellent service again! This is my second purchase from Austin Subaru. Previously I bought a certified used Subaru and this more recent purchase was for a 2020 Outback Onyx XT that had to be factory ordered. Tony, my salesman, was very easy to work with. Since I did a factory order I had to wait a couple months for it to come in. During that tie I had questions or concerns and Tony would always immediately get back to me and answer whatever question I had. They kept there word and honoured the VIP deal we had discussed. Even when they discovered they gave me an incorrect price for adding the hitch, it was $300 more than they initially had priced. They did not have me fork over the extra $300 and covered that cost. I highly recommend you buy your next car from Austin Subaru. I've had the pleasure of purchasing from them and using their service and they always go above and beyond to ensure I'm taken care of.
