This is our fourth Subaru and third from this dealer. First, this dealership is GREAT. Very low pressure, laid back and customer-focused. Second, they view the relationship as one that values your return as much as the first day you walk in - the service lounge is comfy and relaxing with a great coffee and snack bar. Third, the service pricing is excellent and service is prompt. There just aren't enough great things to say. Roger was our rep and he's awesome. A former mechanic himself, he truly knows these things inside and out.
