Overall, it was a very smooth and straight forward experience with no hassles. I used a program to lock in a specific price with the dealership and they honored it without issue. Ralph was my salesguy and he was very easy-going and friendly. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car at this dealership. The only hiccup was that they didn't have my specific model/color in stock, but there was one already on order, so I just had to wait a week. That wasn't the dealership's fault. They tried to find me one in the state and they just didn't have any immediately available. My car came in pretty fast.
