MINI of Arlington

I always dread car svc - all the cross sell upsell efforts, overpriced svcs I end up paying as its a hassle to go elsewhere once issue identified.BUT yesterday waa different - Jacob at Moritz Mini was matter of fact about findings and relative urgency, able to answer queations w/o scare tactics and drama or bluster. He kept me aware of progress thru out the visit. His manner made me want to bring my car back there next tine I need service and made me feel better about my next car being a mini. Too many shops try to sell you everything once they have your car -- versus being an honest broker and trusted partner in car care. Hoping more folks realize the value of a long term customer. I will go back here again and highly recommend Jacob as a svc mgr.
