Poor customer service

onWhenever we take our 2001 Sonata in for service, it always takes at least 2 days to be completed. We needed a part and were told they would call when it came in. Never got the call and when we called them, they didn't know what we were talking about! And on top of that, with the slow turnaround time, they don't provide loaner vehicles, only shuttle service back home! So, I guess people aren't supposed to be able to go to work, or worse yet, bear the added expense of a rental?? Just awful on their part. Their sister dealership, Vandergriff Chevrolet, next door, does provide loaners!
