Dealership Service Review
I have been taking my Hyundai for the covered maintenance since I bought it in 2020. Every time they showed me a screen document with what they were going to perform in my vehicle showing some amounts for every service but for which I had not paid anything because it is in my covered maintenance agreement. Everything was the same today EXCEPT that they performed some extra services and when I go to pick up my key and the paperwork they told me I owed $364. I don’t refuse to pay anything I owe to anybody but I got mad with them because nobody told me I would have to pay any amount out of pocket as opposed to previous times. The employee told his boss he told me (off course) and his boss believed his employee more than his customer. I would not do business with them anymore because that’s not the way to do business, it is an insult to customers.
