I bought my 2012 Nissan Xterra from Vandergriff in January 2013. I took my vehicle in for free 1 year maintenance on 10/9/13. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check due to high pitch squeal when braking. Mike S. was my service advisor and he was excellent!!! He said it would be about an hour and it was. When it came time for me to retrieve my vehicle, Mike told me my free maintenance covered 1 year or 16,554 miles and that I had 17,717 miles on my vehicle. At first I thought, great I am going to have to pay a fortune, and then wondered why he did not tell me before servicing the vehicle? Mike then told me not to worry that Vandergriff was going to cover the costs and thanked me for my business. I was so thrilled with my service as well as my advisor who also referred me to a Nissan dealer to get my brakes checked since the vehicle is under manufacturer warranty. I would definitely suggest this dealership for buying and servicing a vehicle. Thanks to Mike and Vandergriff. Keep up the great customer service.
