Vandergriff Honda

I bought my second new car at this dealership. The salesman Jeromy Pruden was very patient in answering all questions. He gave demo of all the features while I did test driving. I traded my old car for a new Accord. Was satisfied with the deal. But finance manager tried to sell different kind of warranties to me and I didn't agree to them. Finally he persuaded me to buy one and told that I'll get the papers in mail but even after a month I didn't get anything. I called the guy almost 15-20 times, left voicemail for him but to no success. Finally I went there to meet him and he said he didn't offer anything like that. They even brought the papers to me for cancelling the warranty. I complained to the manager Yuni that I never got what finance manager promised. I suggested to see the video-recording of the time of signing the papers. Yuni promised to look into the matter. After 2-3 weeks, I got a call from Vandergriff to come & settle the issue. Yuni took care of the matter. Overall: This is a great dealership but sometime you fall into wrong hands.
