Vandergriff Honda

I bought Honda accord 2012 used that still under Honda warranty. I asked sales man for car fax of the car he kept going in a circles and I asked him if the car had any accidents he replied no, I signed all the papers including the car fax disclosure. Of course with all hundreds of papers to sign, and payed deposite, I forgot to see car fax. And the next day I went back to the dealer to pick up the car with the plates on it and take a look at car fax, the car had a minor accident and being painted at front pumber. I asked the manager what is this? He replyed that I signed the disclosure and this is my own fault. Oh really I did not expect this from Honda dealer!
