After nearly 6 and one half hours of playing the "I have to talk to my manager" game and three times be chased down outside to come back in as we can make this work. We finally sign the sales agreement and left the dealership thinking we bought a car. The next day we get a call telling my husband he needed to go back and sign new papers as we now had to put an addition $2700 down. My husband told them no, he was not signing any more papers. Then the phones calls started and pretty soon the calls got nasty and they became hostile and even threatening to report the car as stolen. Even tho we have a bill of sale and the keys. We asked for our car back and a refund on the down payment even tho I did not trust giving them my credit card number. The kicker to all this two of your personnel had the nerve to ask me to give them 5s on the company survey. Not going to happen as I will be reporting this to the BBB and Attorney General with all the details and the VIN number as we had the car for almost a week and put 600 miles on it and I want someone to know that this car is now a used car and can not be sold as new!
