Not only was she more than helpful and informative on a sales level, she was also genuinely friendly and was willing to communicate with me on a human level. She's also willing to stay in contact through email, which I feel is far more effective than calling customers incessantly about their interest in making a purchase. How many of us honestly want to answer a phone call from a sales representative in the age of modern technology anyway? Furthermore, I know how difficult and intimidating it can be to walk into a dealership full of complete strangers, trying their best to make sure you don't leave their lot without making a huge financial commitment that very day. I didn't feel pressured at all when I showed up to this location, mostly because I was able to ask for a specific person after setting up an appointment that very day.
