Vandergriff Honda

Vandergriff Honda is a doing a promotion right now "Like it or Leave it". On Saturday, I went in to look at leasing a new CRV. After 7 hours of dealing with Ruben Stephanian, I left with that promotion and the option to return the car on Monday if I wanted to back out of the deal. When I returned on Monday with my father to return their car and to leave the deal, I was treated like scum. They argued with us in the lobby in front of customers, said that I owed them a reason which I do not, and then Ruben's exact words to me were "I wasted my time on you. I have a family to feed and I could have been selling cars. Instead, I wasted my time on you." He then procceded to agressivley snatch the car keys out of my hands and walked away mumbling all sorts of things. I felt very uncomfortable, and disgusted. I have NEVER had a car salesman treat me the way that he did. When I called the GM the next day to explain to him what had happened, he promised me the problem would be taken care of. I would NEVER send someone over to Vandergriff to buy a car. Apparently, customers are a waste of their time. If you are looking to buy a Honda, go to Frank Kent. They are wonderful, honest and so kind.
