Incompetent sales staff, high pressure, bait and switch tactics, can't take "no" for an answer no matter how many times you say it, this is the worst dealer I've been to. We finally stormed out after telling the 3rd sales manager for the hundredth time we did not want to try their financing, that we had our own. Unless you want to pay sticker and above, use whatever financing they say, and not get the car you want, do not go to this dealer!
