Dealership Sales Review
After finding cars on Edmunds to review in person, I was referred to this dealership for purchase. Not only did I end up purchasing a different model and year, I also wound up suffering nonsense. The salesman Jesse R. was more interested in explaining to me the dynamics of the Sales competition he was engaged in with another salesman, and his life story, than showing me any of the cars. I had to lead him through the vehicles and options rather than him knowing to do so. After taking home my new car, I was called back to the dealership (over an hour out of my way) to sign the Title paperwork again because they had put a different car's VIN on the Title in my name. Taking the car back separately for window tinting (their guy wasn't there on day of purchase to complete the initial off-the-truck detailing), the job was done exceedingly poorly while I was treated like a nuisance for having brought in my new car for servicing. Any complaints or observations made in their presence was promptly dismissed for my being female and these males "knew better" than I (not my first car, etc.). Until this dealership acts more responsibly toward their customers, I do not recommend them for any purpose. There are too many other dealerships to choose from for such bravado in Sales and Service.
