I would like to recommend this dealership and service department to anyone needing a new/used vehicle or work done to their existing vehicle. There was a situation that occurred yesterday and BMW of Arlington made it right. I will personally like to thank the service manager, Jesse Parker and Richard Oropeza for being professional and going far and beyond to create an excellent experience
